Job Description - Marketing Manager
A candidate will be responsible for leading and developing market for Veterinary Pharmaceutical, Biological Products, Animal feed supplements and Account specific marketing objectives using industry insights to drive pharmaceutical market penetration within their respective accounts. The candidate has to be highly motivated, energetic with flare for sales and willing to travel around the country.
- Define overall the pharmaceutical marketing strategy
- Develop specific marketing plans to acquire new accounts, drive retention of existing product lines and improving retailers satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with Sales, supporting them with/in customer presentation and marketing events
- Build and present compelling presentation to multiple audience levels
- Build strategic as well as effective productive relationships with customers and external partners
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Analyze program results and develop recommendations for improvements
- Willing and able to learn about the poultry diseases and their treatments
- Able to read and grasp technical specification about pharmaceutical products

- Candidates with BBA/MBA-Marketing/B.V.Sc/M.V.Sc/M.V.Sc.Ag Degree with prior veterinary marketing experience will be preferred
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Should be able to work under pressure and meet core deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience required in product launches and capable of conducting workshop seminar
- Must be proficient in Nepali and be able to communicate in English to the customers
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Willing to travel nationally extensively on a daily basis and make a field visit
- Ability to learn quickly the company's internal processes
