Job Description - Branch Manager (Jr. Executive to Sr. Executive Level)

Optimizing existing Branch operation and improve overall efficiency of the branch to attain set goal.
Responsible for systematizing entire activities of profit center under the guidance of senior management taking lined up internal digitization process into account.
Responsible for achieving internal target from across the activities to ensure overall effectiveness of the department.
Preparing and submitting MIS Report to the management to keep track of entire Branch/Unique Center’s activities.
Review Branch reports to devise right branch strategies or improvements

Executive: Bhandara, Kholesimal, Belchowk, Kshetrapur
Jr. Executive: Rampur, Geetanagar, Parbatipur and Madi
Qualification:
- Minimum of Graduate in Management science, BIT or relevant academic exposures from recognized university
- Preference shall be given to the candidate having the working experience both in Digital Television and Internet service business and successfully leading the Branch (Unique Center) as an operation-level executive
Experience:
- Branch Manager should have at least 3 to 5 years proven experiences respectively for Junior to Sr. Level Executive worked as an operation level Executive from any leading ISP/ICT companies of Nepal
- Having sufficient job exposures and professional knowledge in handling sales, revenue, customer care, support, network operation and familiarity in preparing MIS report
Required Skill and Knowledge:
- Required competencies to work under pressure
- Should be capable of getting things done under targeted environment
- Should be capable of leading the team, proper field management through effective deployment of branch resources to ensure outcome based performance
