Job Description - Intern – Call Center Management
- Operate a dedicated Call center established with dedicated toll free number
- Response to Audience Queries
- Provide information to the callers and refer callers to available services on Gender Based Violence and Covid 19
- Maintain and update Call Log-sheet along with disaggregated data of calls received in dedicated phone lines of information desk.
