Job Description - Logistics Head
Reporting line: COO
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Respond to any issues or complaints
- Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers
- Supervise, coach and motivate the logistics team
- Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
- Evaluate budgets and expenditures
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Update metrics to assess performance and implement improvements

Job Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
