Job Description - Lead Software Engineer
- Organize and lead the team
- Develop Architecture, Adjust existing architecture of the application
- Overview code done by others developers and proceed for code reorganization
- Deploy application on the server with effective means
- Develop and deploy well tested code and maintain code quality
- Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases
- Collaborate with team to define, design, and include new features
- Integration of various API from different vendors
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Perform hands-on coding while designing and architecting web application solution
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain mid-level for complex applications
- Provide support for all technical specifications and prepare appropriate technical documents
- Communicate with client for product design and development
- Guide junior developers on the task completion with code overview

Job Specification - Lead Software Engineer
- Education : Bachelor
- Experience : 5 years
- Professional Skill : Asp.Net, Communication, Writing, Interpersonal, Presentation
- Specification Detail
- At least 5 years + experience in full-time software development with C#, ASP.NET and MVC 5 and most preferably on .Net Core 2.X, 3.X
- Knowledge of SQL and Relational Database (MSSQL) is a must with query optimization
- Strong concept of OOP and good knowledge of code optimization
- Strong knowledge of Razor script and ability to use the bootstrap library
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN
- Strong Analytical and Communication skills
- Should be a very good team player
- Bachelors in IT or equivalent
