Job Description - Digital Marketing Executives
- Manage the Leads generated by Digital Media
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Maintaining database of existing clients, dealers and potential clients
- Responding to customer support inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Assist Digital customers with any questions or issues that arise via phone and email
- Replies to the social media posts and messages on Facebook and Instagram

- Experience : 1 year
- Professional Skill : Decision Making, Interpersonal, Problem Solving, Excel, Communication
- Specification Detail
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 1 year of experience in related field
- Call Center experience is strongly preferred
- Must have good problem-solving skills
- Able to promptly action on Issues
- Great attitude and good communication skills
- Good in Nepali and English verbal/written communication
- Should be able to manage data on MS Excel Sheets
