Job Description - Project Proposal Writer
- Develop compelling and evidence-based proposals for submission to various international donors
- Research on FinTech and how it can impact social and the economic status of Nepalese along with access to finance
- Relationship management with the Donor organizations
- Act as a communication channel between the Donor organizations and the company
- Research on ICT and its linkage to resolve the problems faced by Nepalese
- Organize and lead meetings and workshops to brainstorm and develop coherent and compelling proposal strategies and program designs
- Work within time and cost constraints, ensuring that the final deliverables are submitted on time

Job Specification - Project Proposal Writer

- Experience : 2 years
- Professional Skill : Analytical, Communication, Creative Thinking, Presentation
- Specification Detail
- Good understanding about Nepalese people/culture/politics/social-financial/geographic situation
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Excellent English writing skills
- Good Nepali writing skills (preferrable)
- Prior demonstrated experience developing proposals for institutional donors, preferably USAID, UKAID, EU, DFID or others;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of information, drawing out key messages;
- Demonstrate a track-record of putting together successful donor funding proposals;
- Ability to research, analyze and synthesize information related to complex development issues;
- Familiarity with the requirements of key development donors
- Team player with the skills to coordinate proposal development exercises;
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure;
