Key Overall Objective of the Position

The key overall objective of the Public Relation Manager is to achieve the company’s revenue and customer satisfaction goals by creating, managing and implementing public relation and providing technical assistance to the team. 

Job Description

• Determine customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
• Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
• Train MRs for technical knowledge and product details, deal with potential parties on technical ground.
• Visit market time and again to gain market knowledge and market trend.
• Prepare sales data from market and develop a report of PR database to create branding plans.
• Evaluating Secondary Sales, and timely follow up for updates within a team and deliver report to the management on monthly basis.
• Prepare return on investment (ROI) and profit & loss projections of promotional activities.
• Evaluating competitors and research demand for the organization’s products and services (Locally and Internationally)
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
• Conduct research to identify new markets, business strengths and opportunities, viable income streams and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and increase the client base.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Writing Business Proposals.
• Negotiating with stakeholders and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conducting meetings and conference calls whenever necessary.
• Provide trustworthy feedback to parties and after-sales support.
