Job Description - Production Manager/ Plant Engineer
- Deliver Manufacturing KPI’s
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Organizing the repair and routine (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) maintenance of production equipment
- Supervising the work of junior staff and co-ordinate with assistants/operators
- Maintain spare parts of all machines
