Job Description - Accountant
Hotel Association Nepal is looking for a potential and deserving Nepali citizen to recruit “Accountant & Finance Department” to work under the association’s goal.
- Ensuring effective internal control over financial management and reporting
- Ensuring up to date books of accounts is maintained in the company’s accounting software at all time
- Formulation of Company budgets, regular monitoring and compliance
- Management of Accounts receivables and Accounts payables
- Periodic and on-demand financial reporting (external as well as internal)
- Ensuring compliances with all statutory requirements in relation to finance and accounts
- Ensure all statutory returns like NRB forex transactions report, VAT returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, returns as per Company Act are filed timely and accurately
- Assist to conduct internal, external audits timely and effectively
- Preparation of financial projections

Job Specification - Accountant
- Education : Bachelor
- Experience : 2 years
- Professional Skill : Financial Forecasting, Account Coordination, Account Management
- Specification Detail
- Minimum BBA/bachelors' degree with major accounts or Masters Degree in finance/accounts
- Preference will be given to the experienced candidates
- Knowledge & understanding of national accounting and auditing standards
- Expert knowledge of statutory requirements (Tax, VAT, labour, contractual)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 software
