Job Description - Front Desk Officer (Female)
- Sales order booking and enter in the system with customers’ and product details for billing
- Monitor order with system for verification and maintain sales orders
- Order front office supplies, stationeries and keep inventory of stock
- Providing support to marketing, operation and accounting Department
- Performing basic office tasks, such as Billing, filing, data entry, handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
