Job Specification - Customer Care Executive
- Education : Bachelor
- Experience : 1-3 years
- Professional Skill : MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel), Skype, WhatsApp, Google Chrome, font and software to communicate / work in the language of the region
- Specification Detail
- Bachelors Degree ( B.Sc background will be given more Preferences)
- 1-3 Years of experience in Customer Care role.
- Excellent knowledge of spoken & written English & Nepali fluency with other languages will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic software like MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel), Skype, WhatsApp, Google Chrome, font and software to communicate / work in the language of the region etc.
