Job Description

Able to diagnose the problem to the root and identify the main cause of problem and determine proper solutions
Repair & Maintenance of Medical Equipment
Responsible for installation of Medical Equipment
Handle component level of repair
Responsible for daily reporting
Provide technical support
Keeping pace with new developments in the field
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Orientation towards troubleshooting, coordinating with marketing departments, capable to become product specialists
Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of the service provided

Job Specification

Education : Bachelor
Experience : 1 year
Professional Skill : Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Specification Detail
- Bachelor in Engineering with clinical background
- B.E. degree in Electronics/Bio-Medical Engineering/Bachelor in Science with MBA or other equivalent discipline is an added advantage for that post
- Dynamic, result oriented and have ability to interact at a professional level on sales
- Experienced are highly encouraged to apply
- Should have knowledge about medical equipment
- Strong sales background in the medical sector
- Knowledge of sales techniques & strong interpersonal skills
- Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Should have good reporting and writing skill
- Should be ready to travel outside Kathmandu valley frequently
- Two wheeler Driving License is a must where the candidates with own vehicles will be given extra preference
