- Manage workshop and staff
- Planning and delegation of duties
- Preventative Maintenance
- Work under Pressure
- To Meet Deadlines
- Improve Machinery Availability
- Reports Writing
- Manage services and Breakdowns, i.e. Excavator, Trucks, tippers etc
- The overall operation of the workshop and management of Trucks and Tipper
- Manage the transport system of the Group
- Workshop Manager will include diagnosis, repairs, general maintenance and earth-moving equipment whilst leading a team to success

Job Specification - Transport Manager
- Education : Bachelor
- Experience : 3 years
- Professional Skill : Time Management, Team Building, Organizational, Ms Office
- Specification Detail
- Must have Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 3-5 years of experience
- Possess sound knowledge in earth-movers, trucks and tippers
- Experience of managing a repair workshop preferably Trucks, Tippers and earth mover equipment
- Computer Literacy (Intermediate to Advanced Level)
- Team Management Skills
- Microsoft Office
- Experience in Workshop & Personnel Management
- Fluent in English
- Drivers License & Own Vehicle Essential
