Job Description

Provide counselling face to face and or virtual
Visa application and Visa services
Guide and counsel students and parents for admission in overseas educational institutions in Australia
Provide course options with different universities, fees and courses they are providing.
Documentation of all reports and materials
Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients.
Identify options for students to satisfy degree requirements; evaluate and make recommendations in the institution abroad for a preferred program of study and assists students in the completion of the admission process
Achieve specified targets on time as agreed.
Analyse progress; determine eligibility, necessity, and resources to progress towards the target
Evaluate transfer transcripts from other academic institutions for equivalencies and application to a degree program.
Coordinate with the Academic department to ensure the status of the currently enrolled students in various programs for the further process of counseling
Develop relationships with the Universities, Institutes, both existing and new, to capitalize on the mutual interest of recruitment and revenue
Visit academic and other related institutions for promotional activities as and when required
Salary: No bar for deserving applicants (salary+ incentives+ allowances)

Education : Bachelor
Experience : 3 years
Professional Skill : Must be fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
Specification Detail
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree/Australian Graduate Preferred
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as an abroad study counselor (especially for Australia).
- Competent and qualified to deal with foreign educational organizations if required
- Must be fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Age should be more than 25 years
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently, take leadership roles and contribute to innovative ideas when and where necessary.
