Job Description - Restaurant Assistant Manager
- Perform regular administration and management activities of the organization
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Ensure efficient operational systems; identify and solve operational problems
- Manage employees, handle employee relations and maintain employee records
- Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of the ambiance
- Motivate and train team members
- Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on customer service
- Report to the Managing Director
