Job Description

Develop critical understanding of the Consumer need and Competition Landscape of the Bath, Kitchens & fitted Furniture Business
Defining Channel and Commercial structure along with Central Marketing Team
Creating marketing plan, calendar, success measures and budget along with Central Marketing Team
Driving strategic objective to gain significant Market share in next 3 to 5 years time
Creating a comprehensive product offering at SKU level in line with identified consumer insights and market landscape
Mapping resources to set up warehouse and manage inventory
Preparing selection criteria to identify potential channel partners / distributors
Setting up Demand Generation/Activation framework and BTL initiatives
Setting up a Service team to deliver and install Bathroom Solutions and Full Modular Kitchen Solution to Consumer Living Space
Monitoring smooth procurement of Products and Spares and ensure Financial health of the Business is monitored. Drive the P&L Objective as part of Business Planning.
Regular review and monitoring mechanism for the team – Marketing, Sales, Collection, Procurement, Distribution, Services, After Sales Services, Finance

- MBA preferred; Graduate with senior sales experience can also applied
- At least 5-6 yrs experience in senior sales role in Bath business (CP fitting and Sanitaryware); Preferably candidate worked in Jaguar, Hindware, Parryware, etc.; should have experience of supervising large teams on direct reporting
