Job Description - Assistant General Manager (AGM)
The AGM will assist the leadership in operation, growth and development of the organization with the following key job responsibilities:
- Assist CEO and DGM for the achievement of SWBBL’s goals and strategies
- Program/planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting
- Develop operational strategies and implement so as to achieve targets and milestones
- Develop proposals, products and policy papers
- Establish and develop rapport with different stakeholders
- Perform other duties as directed by the CEO and DGM.
Age: Not exceeding 40 years (45 years in case of female candidate).
Work Station: SWBBL Central Office Kathmandu
Appointment Nature: Permanent
Salary and Benefits: As per rules of the institution.
Selection Process: Written test, presentation and interview.
No age bar for in-house permanently working candidates.

- Master Degree from recognized university
- At least 5 years of working experience at lower-mid management level in banking and financial institution
- Determined personality, result-oriented, and strong human relation skills
- Strong commitment to mission and core values of microfinance
- Knowledge on microfinance sector of the country
- Strong communication skills
