• Oversee and plan the innovation and improvement of Grepsr’s core product(s) as well as the day-to-day product activities in such a way that ensures that the product is constantly growing to suit consumers’ needs.
• Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
• Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products. Identify opportunities where our products or services can be better utilized.
• Formulate plans, timelines, and strategies to better utilize development resources to manage the existing product development process.
• Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
• Play a leading role in maintaining product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
