Job Description - Marketing Officer
Responsible for:
To plan, develop and implement all aspects of company’s marketing strategy especially on digital platform to reach more people, create more clients, generating more business leads, and build stronger relationships with our audiences.
Job Responsibilities + Tasks
- Website: Optimizing SEO, ensuring content is up to date with timely content management on website. Managing and tagging audience friendly events on website. Forecasting and preventing copyright issues related to website content.
- Social Media: Planning and coordinating a schedule of activity with suitable content across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube including other platforms to expand our social media audience base.
- Advertising: Coordinating Pay-Per-Click advertising, online advertising, regularly reviewing and amending keywords and ad groups to optimize performance.
- Email Marketing: Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activity, growing our subscriber base and creating engaging, relevant content including testing to optimize results.
- Print: To coordinate the printing and production of our company profile, magazine, leaflets, marketing materials and some merchandise, including writing, editorial and proofing reading. Organizing occasional print adverts.
- Brand Guidelines: To implement brand guidelines and ensure compliance in all areas of work.

Job Specification
Job Specification - Marketing Officer
- Education : Bachelor
- Experience : 4 years
- Professional Skill : Writing, Organizational, Communication, Interpersonal, Presentation
- Specification Detail
- Proven 4+ years of experience in field of marketing. BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field will be preferred
- Age above 22 years
- Have a positive, proactive 'can do' attitude
- Google Analytics and SEO experience
- Confident, dynamic and creative with an excellent organization skill
Skills Required
- Strong writing skills with ability to produce compelling copy
- Proof reading and editorial skills with a good eye for detail
- Strong analytical and ICT skills
- Experience of managing social media campaigns
- Experience of email, ad words and/or display advertising campaigns
