Job Description
Job Description - dMart and FMCG Project Manager
- Overall ownership, management, and execution of dMart (including managing relationships and coordination between all internal and external stakeholders related to dMart) (dMart is the section of Daraz that especially focuses on highlighting FMCG products and deals related this category)
- Campaign planning: Coming up with initiatives for marketing campaigns and creating the supporting marketing proposals for brands and other stakeholders, on a weekly basis and leading negotiations to ensure deals are attractive and campaigns effective
- Ensuring correct execution of proposed plans from internal teams and external stakeholders, managed through the use of project management tools
- Identifying opportunities and executing plans to ensure growth of dMart and other planned projects
- Measuring and Reporting: Measuring the effectiveness of planned campaigns, tracking ROI, sales, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analysis of key data points (GMV, revenue, search terms, assortment, availability, returns, etc.)
- Identifying new brands and opportunities to build relationships and work with these brands on the Daraz platform (especially for dMart)
