Job Description - Officer
You will be responsible for the administrative and financial related matter of the project
- Maintaining project related documents
- Communication/ correspondence on project related work with consultant and owner
- Ensure proper recording of manpower at site
- Ensure the proper record of material requirement, delivery of material and maintaining proper stock at site with proper system
- Ensure and follow up of time schedule and work progress report from each site
- You will ensure the system is running properly and report to Project Manager on daily basis
- You will function as a project coordinator. A bridge between project, factory and project team in the office
- In short you will be assisting the project manager to run the project smoothly
