Job Description - Sales and Marketing
We are looking for full-time, top-level sales and marketing people to work in our Head Office in Kathmandu, Gairidhara. Salary is negotiable. Applications close 17th August 2020.
- Handle phone calls courteously and efficiently
- Achieve individual and team Targets
- Encourage and help team players to achieve the set target
- Provide customers with requested travel itineraries ensuring that details are correct and as requested
- Attend to customers’ needs focusing on solutions
- Work with various portals and inventory systems to find and pass on the best deals
Note:
Our salary range, which is considered to be the best in the industry, depends on the performance of the individual. Selected candidates only will be called for an interview. The successful applicant will be hired for an initial trial period of two weeks. Salary raises are linked to performance. Moreover, various benefits are provided by the company, such as mobile recharge, a sim card, provident funds, etc.
Salary offered: Negotiable + Incentives + Lunch subsidy

Job Specification - Sales and Marketing
- Education : Bachelor
- Experience : 3 years
- Professional Skill : Direct Marketing, Sales, Market Research, Sales Planning, Sales Forecasting, Marketing
- Specification Detail
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Travel Industry with knowledge of holidays (outbound) and ticketing. (Only those with experience are encouraged to apply)
- Spoken and written fluency in English and Nepali
- Good communication skills and a cheerful personality
- Leadership skills and cooperation with others
- Salesmanship skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems and MS applications
- Good team player
- Innovation and Negotiation Skills
