Job Description - HR Assistant
- Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
- Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
- Supervise & coordinate work activities of subordinate and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results training and discipline employees.
- Hearing and resolving employee grievances and counseling employees and supervisors
- Record Maintenance of HR files & database
- Maintain employee confidence & protects operations by keenly human resource information confidence
- Multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
