Job Description

Job Description - Jr. Customer Support Engineer

Reports to: Team Lead

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Support all types of Genese Customers with customers first philosophy  
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone and Fresh desk ticketing system
  • Work together with customers to identify problems and solve them
  • Debug issues related to C-panel, DNS, web and email server, databases
  • Get cloud certified and support them on AWS, GCP and Azure cloud issues
  • Ability to provide after-hours and weekend support
  • Other duties as per assigned by line manager

Job Specification - Jr. Customer Support Engineer

  • Experience : 1 years
  • Professional Skill : Domain, Customer Service, Writing, Dns, Web/Email Server, Communication, Firewall, Ftp
  • Specification Detail
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
    • At least one year of experience working as a system admin or customer support
    • Excellent knowledge of Linux
    • Good knowledge of networking, DNS, domain, web and email server, C-panel
    • Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
